Vision The vision of Pulpatta Grama Panchayat is to build a sustainable, clean, and self-reliant rural community by ensuring comprehensive development and social justice for all citizens. The primary goal is to achieve progress in agriculture, education, health, infrastructure, and environmental protection, thereby creating an environment where people from all walks of life can live with equality.
Mission The mission of the Panchayat is to implement development initiatives through public participation, efficiently deliver basic services such as drinking water, roads, healthcare, and education, promote women's empowerment, youth development, and social welfare, protect natural resources, and strengthen the rural economy. Ensuring public welfare through transparent and accountable governance is also a key mission of the Panchayat.
